Referee: Mr C Argent (St Albans).
Order of Goals: W,l.
Crowd: After kick-off and before Wolves first minute goal a wall collapsed, and a number of spectators were injured. The game was not held up and three stretchers were used. It took the Police some time to restore order and fans were still being taken away twenty minutes in to the match. It had been caused by a number of fans breaking in to the ground. Fans also broke in go the ground at half-time but the local constabulary kept the touchline clear.
