New Stand: In July 1909 the club applied to Wolverhampton Licensing for a new stand to accommodate 4,000 spectators opposite the terracing. The Architect Mr Oliver said the stand would include new Bathrooms and an additional bar. The cost would no more than £500. It was passed subject to approval of the Public Works Committee.
