Injury: In the 60th minute Paul Cook in collision with Mark Proctor was knocked unconscious and stopped breathing for a minute or so. Wolves Physio Paul Darby had to give Cook who had also swallowed his tong the kiss of life. After returning to Wolverhampton Paul Cook spent the night in the Nuffield Hospital.
Landmark: Middlesbrough’s Jamie Pollock makes his League debut.
