Crowd: Various reports have the attendance between 4,000 and 10,000.
Extra-Time: Wolves asked for an extra thirty minutes to be played but West Bromwich refused. The Birmingham FA ordered a replay to be played two days later at the Aston Lower Grounds. If either team reused then they would be disqualified from the competition.
