Saturday 29 February 1936 at Molineux

Wolves were due to meet Black Country rivals West Bromwich Albion but because of the dispute between the Football League and the Pools Companies it was postponed and re-arranged. All League clubs were being affected and they were not receiving their fixture until just a few days before the weekend. Wolves were left without a fixture whilst Albion ended up having to travel to Portsmouth.
