Celebration: To celebrate the clubs promotion a complimentary dinner was held at the Town Hall on 4 June. Championship medals were awarded to Getgood, George, Watson, Shaw, Caddick, Kay, Harrington, Fazackerley, Phillipson, Lees, Edwards, Holley and Hoskins. The Mayor also presented gold watches to Getgood, Bowen, Caddick, Davison, Edwards, Fazackerley, George, Harrington, Kay, Lees, Legge, Martin, McMillan, Picken, Phillipson, Shaw, Timmins, Watson and Holley.

Club Finances: The club made a profit of £499 through the 1923/24 season. The club paid out £8,867 in wages. Income was £30,000. In July the club had 27 professionals in their books.
