New Brighton Tower were a short lived football club. They were formed in 1896 as winter entertainment by the Tower owners. With low crowds it became to expensive to run a professional football club for the Tower owners and they were dissolved just five years later. In there time, they were Lancashire Champions in there first season and spent three seasons as a Football League club.
