Representative: Captain Harry Allen was away helping the Birmingham FA XI  against the Lancashire FA XI. Birmingham lost 3-2 at Perry Barr. Also Mason, Lowder, Danks, Wood and a number of ‘Stoke on Trent’ players were all helping Staffordshire XI against there counter parts from Durham. Staffs won 7-0.
