Wimbledon were formed in 1889, joined the Football League in 1977 and famously won the FA Cup 1988. Founder members of the Premier League Wimbledon moved to Milton Keynes in September 2003 and became Milton Keynes Dons in the summer of 2004. AFC Wimbledon were formed in 2002
