Penalties: The first was awarded against Jack Whitehouse for a foul on Fred Spiksley in the first-half. In the second-half a second kick was awarded to Wednesday against Jackery Jones for handball. Harry Chapman against took the kick but this time put it over the bar. Just minutes later Jack Lyall saved a third from Billy Beats.
